JOYCE M. SACKITEY AHIADORME

Joyce Ahiadorme is an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner who is agile, proactive, positive and well-rounded in the fields of communication, stakeholder relations, corporate affairs, change management and environmental management (plastics).

With over ten years’ hands-on experience, she has managed various sustainability projects in Ghana including  “The 3Ws of Voltic (GH) Limited”; the Ghana Recycling Initiatives By Private Enterprises (GRIPE); and the establishment and registration of the Plastic Producer Responsibility Organisation of Ghana (PPROG) while  supporting  the Grant facilitation of The  Coca Cola Foundation towards the Ghana Waste Recovery Project by the UNDP.

Joyce has designed and co-created behavioural change communication and novel sustainability and stakeholder management programmes on both professional and personal levels. She is committed to the economic empowerment of women, environmental sustainability, and the improvement of Public Relations practice in Ghana among women.  She has been named among the Top 10 PR Women in Ghana 2019 and a finalist for PR Discovery of the year, an awards event organised by the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

Joyce led the Public Affairs, Communication and Sustainability department of Voltic (GH) Limited.   She volunteers as an advocate for the empowerment of waste pickers, proper waste management, reading and goal setting among women and children. Currently, a part time consultant and the Transformation and Internal Communications Manager at Fan Milk Plc, a Danone company.
